LIFE AND METAPHORIC MESSAGES OF BHAGAT DHANNA
Bhagat Dhanna was born at Dhunwa Kalan in Rajasthan in 1415 AD to a humble family of farmers. His father’s name was Rameshwar Jat, and his mother was Ganga Bai. In his youth, Bhagat Dhanna moved to Varanasi and became a disciple of Bhagat Ramanand. His pure intentions and deep devotion enabled him to have a glimpse of the formless divinity which resides within every element of creation.
Bhagat Dhanna’s spiritual message is inscribed in his 2 sabads (verses) in Guru Granth Sahib.
